It seems that every year ski passes are getting more and more expensive with no end in sight. Yet sales are through the roof as eager skiiers and snowboarders get ready for another season of powder in the mountains. Over the past several years, big ski resorts (ahem Vail) are slowly acquiring the little guys, and it's hard to imagine that the big guys are interested in keeping things cheap for you.
