Mountains across Utah like Oak Creek and Parley'S Summit are waking up to new snowfall this morning with Oak Creek coated in 7 inches of fresh snow since yesterday. with current snowpack depths rising at Oak Creek to 21 inches, with up to 2 inches of powder expected this week. Parley'S Summit reported 7 inches of powder, with current snowpack depths rising up to 39 inches. Forecasts predict another 2 inches of more snow forecasted this week.
