Snow Forecast - 27 inches of more snow heading to Colorado, Montana, and Alaska over the next few days

Up to 27 inches of more snow forecasted for mountains in Colorado, Montana, and Alaska in the next 72 hours as the next storm system passes through. Mountains like Grayback in Colorado are slated to receive up to 14 inches of more snow this coming week, adding to their current snowpack level of 2 inches. Lily Pond is also expecting to get about 14 inches of more snow with the next snowstorm on its way.


Montana is also expecting to get more the white stuff in the next 72 hours, with mountains like Kraft Creek forecasted to receive up to another 19 inches of fresh snow in the next 72 hoursThe mountain is reporting a solid current snowpack level of 50 inches, and the pow should make for some great skiing conditions this week. Moss Peak is also slated to receive another 19 inches of more snowfall in the coming days



Storms are expected to bring up to another 27 inches of powder to Alaska over the next 48 to 72 hours, with 5 mountains in the state gearing up for new snow. Esther Island is slated to receive pow, which should help increase their 129 inch current snowpack depth by another 27 inches in the coming days.
