Mountains across Colorado like Ripple Creek and Fool Creek are coated in a fresh layer of snow with Ripple Creek coated in 16 inches of new snow over the past day. with current snowpack depths rising at Ripple Creek to 81 inches, with up to 6 inches of more snow expected this week. Fool Creek reported 13 inches of fresh snow, causing snowpacks to rise up to 73 inches. Forecasts predict another 2 inches of powder forecasted this week.
