Cave Lake is a first-come-first-serve camping area located in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains of California. The campground offers 33 campsites that are surrounded by stunning views of the mountains and a beautiful lake. There are plenty of activities to enjoy such as hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. The campground amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. The best time to visit is from June to October when the temperatures range from 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 30-50 degrees Fahrenheit at night. Overall, Cave Lake is a peaceful and picturesque camping destination for those seeking a serene outdoor experience.
