Fishing tips include using live bait, such as worms or power bait, and casting near the lake's inlet. The best time to visit is during the spring and fall when temperatures range from 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer can be hot, with temperatures averaging 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
