Up to 20 inches of powder forecasted for areas in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho over the next few days with more wintry weather on its way. Mountains like Cougar Mountain in Washington are forecasted to receive up to 20 inches of the white stuff this coming week, adding to their snow depth of 9 inches. Lynn Lake is also forecasted to receive about 20 inches of more snowfall as mother nature brings more snow to the area.
Oregon is also forecasted to receive more more snowfall over the next 2-3 days, with mountains like Blazed Alder expecting to get up to another 13 inches of powder over the next weekThe mountain is reporting a solid total snowpack of 27 inches, and the fresh snow should make for some great skiing conditions this week. Greenpoint is also expecting to get another 13 inches of fresh snow over the next few days
Snow storms will dump up to another 15 inches of pow to Idaho over the next few days, with 7 mountains in the state forecasted to receive new snow. Pine Creek Pass is slated to receive pow, which should help increase their 10 inch current snowpack level by another 15 inches over the next 2-3 days.
