Tower Hill State Park is situated in the charming town of Spring Green, Wisconsin. The camping area is nestled on a hill overlooking the picturesque Wisconsin River valley, providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding rolling hills and foliage. The park is within driving distance of several popular tourist attractions, including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, and American Players Theatre.

The campground has 28 sites, all being first-come, first-serve, with a maximum RV length of 40 feet. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring, with restrooms and showers located nearby. There is also a playground and a sand volleyball court for campers to enjoy.

An interesting fact about the area is that the park is home to the restored shot tower, which was used in the 1800s to create lead shot for firearms. Visitors can climb to the top of the tower and learn about the history of the shot-making process.

The best time to visit Tower Hill State Park is during the summer months, between June and August, when temperatures average in the mid-70s. This is the perfect time to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and canoeing in the nearby Wisconsin River.
