Special Weather Statement
None

The combination of recent dry conditions and 10-hour fuel moisture between 8 and 12 percent, relative humidity falling to 20 to 35 percent, and westerly winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph will result in an elevated threat for the rapid spread of fires through about 8 PM this evening. The threat is greatest over the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the northern and central Virginia Blue Ridge, the north-central Virginia piedmont near and west of Highway 15, and eastern West Virginia. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether you may burn outdoors. If you do burn, use extreme caution since fires can quickly grow out of control under these conditions.

After conducting research, I could not find any information regarding a boat ramp named Springfield Pike in Hampshire County, West Virginia. It is possible that the name of the ramp is incorrect or it may not be a public or official boat ramp.

In order to provide accurate information, it is important to have reliable sources and current data. I suggest checking with local authorities or organizations, such as the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources or the Hampshire County Tourism Office, to obtain accurate information about boat ramps in the area.
