Lower Coffee Grinder Campground is situated in the beautiful Payette National Forest, Idaho. The campsite boasts stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forest, and is located close to a variety of hiking trails, fishing spots, and hot springs. The campground offers several amenities such as drinking water, vault toilets, and picnic tables. The campsite is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are 15 campsites available. The best time to visit is during the summer months when temperatures are warm, averaging around 70°F during the day and 40°F at night. Visitors can enjoy activities such as fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing, and can explore nearby attractions like Burgdorf Hot Springs and the Salmon River.
