Lower Granite Creek Campsite is situated in the stunning Payette National Forest in Idaho, providing a beautiful backdrop for camping enthusiasts. The campsite is located near several natural attractions, including the Granite Mountain Lookout, Kirkham Hot Springs, and Payette River. The campsite offers several amenities such as picnic tables, campfire rings, vault toilets, and potable water. There are 16 campsites available, all of which are first-come, first-served. The best time to visit the campsite is from late spring to early fall when the weather is mild, and the average temperature ranges from 60°F to 80°F during the day and 30°F to 50°F at night. Visitors can enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests while enjoying activities such as hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.
