Canoe Campsite

Canoe Campsite is a first-come, first-served campground in the Yellow River State Forest in Iowa. There are ten campsites available and each site has a fire ring and picnic table. The area offers scenic views of the Yellow River, and visitors can enjoy activities such as fishing, canoeing, and hiking. The campground has vault toilets and a hand pump for water. The best time to visit is from May to October, with average temperatures ranging from 50 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit during this time.
