ESFSEW Multiple weather systems will move across western Washington Friday through the weekend, bringing heavy precipitation at times to the Olympic Peninsula. Heaviest amounts are forecast over the southwestern slopes of the Olympic Mountains, with 2 to 4 inches of rainfall expected during this period. This will result in the potential for the Skokomish River to rise above flood stage over the weekend. Snow levels will initially be between 5000 to 6000 feet on Friday, and will drop between 3500 to 4500 feet Saturday and Sunday.
