In west central Iowa, Greene and Guthrie. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to heavy rain was falling across parts of the watch area early this morning. Already saturated conditions have lowered the rainfall needed for flash flooding impacts.
