Gallix ski resort in Quebec boasts 23 trails, including the popular black diamond "La Crete" and the beginner-friendly "La Petite Gallix." Interestingly, Gallix was originally operated by the Quebec Asbestos Corporation as a way to boost morale for their workers. For beginner skiers, the resort offers a ski school and gentle slopes.
