* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northwest California, including the following counties, in central California, Lake. In northwest California, southeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1004 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Rainfall rates will be heavy at times and the situation may evolve to a greater flooding threat as the day progresses - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
