This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. - Green Valley Road near Sebastopol, Trenton Healdsburg Road near Forestville, and Mark West Station Road near Windsor are the most likely place to experience minor flooding and are closed due to water over the roadway. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 7 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
