Light snow or a wintry mix continues to move southward through portions of central Iowa this evening. Although any snowfall accumulations will be light, generally less than one inch, snow covered roads have developed further north with some icy conditions also possible at times with the wintry mix. This could result in slick travel and rapidly changing travel conditions including portions of the US 30 and Interstate 80 and 35 corridors. Visibility may also drop to less than 2 miles at times with any heavier bursts of snow. Much of the snow/wintry mix will end by midnight.
