The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Wind speeds will drop off in the early evening hours. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from 12 to 22 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Despite parts of the area just receiving some light precipitation, the combination of strong winds and low relative humidity will dry out dormant grasses very quickly.
