Winds will weaken and shift to the west and northwest north of Interstate 44 late this afternoon as a front moves into the region. * HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidity values 15 to 25 percent. * TEMPERATURE...High temperatures upper 60s to mid 70s. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
