Special Weather Statement
None

Moist air, light east to southeast wind and cold ground from the snowfall Sunday and Sunday night was leading widespread fog which is dense the ridge tops and east-facing slopes where the visibility is one-quarter of a mile or less. Little change in these conditions will occur through early tonight as rain overspreads the region this afternoon across the west and early this evening over the Eastern half of the state. Visibility will be greatly reduced across the higher terrain into tonight. Allow extra time for travel and plenty of braking distance between you and the vehicle ahead. Use your hazard lights and low beams of your headlights to best navigate through the dense fog and to highlight your presence on the road to other drivers.
