Brownell Camp is a first-come-first-serve camping area located in the Los Padres National Forest of California. The surrounding views include stunning scenery of the Santa Ynez Mountains and the nearby activities include hiking, bird watching, and wildlife viewing. The campsite amenities include vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings. There are 11 campsites available and the best time to visit is from May to September with average temperatures ranging from mid-60s to mid-80s Fahrenheit. Overall, Brownell Camp is a great spot for a peaceful getaway in nature.
