Yukon Camping Area is located in the heart of Maryland's Green Ridge State Forest and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. There are no shower or restroom facilities, so visitors must come prepared with their own supplies. The campground operates on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are 15 primitive campsites available.

An interesting fact about the Yukon Camping Area is that it was once a logging camp in the early 1900s. Today, visitors can still see the remnants of the old logging equipment that was left behind.
