Reservations are recommended via Recreation.gov, and modest nightly fees apply. Sites include picnic tables, fire rings with grills, and access to pit toilets and drinking water. No RV hookups, but small RVs are allowed. Enjoy paddling, swimming, and fishing on the lake, or explore nearby trails like the Bass Lake and Echo Trail hikes. The vibe is peaceful and wooded, ideal for a Northwoods escape. Summer and early fall are best for mild weather and fewer mosquitoes.
