Located near Williston, North Dakota, the Lewis and Clark State Park camping area offers picturesque views of the Missouri River and the surrounding Badlands. Visitors can enjoy hiking trails, fishing, boating, and birdwatching in the park, as well as nearby attractions such as the Fort Union Trading Post National Historic Site and the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Interpretive Center. Reservations are recommended, as the campground has 73 campsites and can fill up quickly during peak season.
