The campground offers stunning views of the surrounding forest, with nearby access to miles of hiking trails and horseback riding trails. Just a short drive away, visitors can explore the nearby Lake Wenatchee State Park or head into the quaint town of Leavenworth for shopping and dining. The campground offers basic amenities such as vault toilets and potable water, but no electrical or RV hookups. Littleton Horse Camp operates on a first-come, first-serve basis and offers eight campsites for tents and RVs. The best time to visit is during the summer months when temperatures average in the mid-70s during the day and drop to around 40 at night.
