The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 10 AM Saturday to 9 PM MDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...All of southeast Wyoming except the higher mountains where snow cover remains, including fire weather zones 417, 418, 419, 420, 421, 422, 423, 425, 427, 428, 429, 430, 431, 432, and 433. * WIND...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 45 mph mainly between 10AM and 8PM each day. * HUMIDITY...Minimums of 8 to 15 percent during the afternoon, maximums of 35 to 50 percent in the early morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widely scattered virga showers Saturday evening may produce isolated dry lightning along with gusty and erratic winds. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
