The Wedding of the Waters river run in Wyoming is an exciting adventure for experienced boaters. The section of the river contains class III and IV rapids, including the infamous "Big Drops" and "Dead Man's Corner." The best time of year to float this section is in late June and July, with recommended CFS levels between 2,500 and 5,000. Boaters should be prepared for challenging rapids and strong currents, as well as potential hazards such as sweepers and undercut rocks. It is recommended that boaters have previous experience with class III and IV rapids before attempting this run.
