Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches are expected across much of the Warning area, with isolated higher amounts up to 8 inches possible across Northern McCurtain County Oklahoma. Ice accumulations up to one third of an inch possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, northwest Louisiana, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...Until noon CST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
