The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light to moderate lake effect snow is expected to redevelop across northeastern Cuyahoga County after roughly midnight tonight. Periods of heavy lake effect snow with snowfall rates up to 2 inches per hour are expected from about daybreak Friday through this weekend and will impact Cuyahoga, Portage, and Summit Counties during that time frame.
