Brief and highly localized outflow wind gusts up to 40 mph possible with any shower or thunderstorm that passes by. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Conditions may be favorable for rapid fire spread which may threaten life and property. Use extra caution with potential ignition sources, especially in grassy areas. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 15-20% chance of thunderstorms through 8 PM PDT Saturday over the Cascade mountains.
