Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A strong storm system will bring periods of moderate to heavy rain to Vermont and parts of Northern New York from Wednesday afternoon into the overnight. Heavy rain along with snow melt from warm temperatures will lead to possible flooding. Flash flooding and main stem river flooding are both possible.
