How does the 7-day free trial work?
You enter your card, but we don't charge it for 7 days. You get full Premium access immediately. Cancel anytime in those 7 days and you'll never be billed. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins on day 8 at the price you selected (monthly or annual).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Account settings in one click. You keep Premium access through the end of your current billing period and you won't be billed again.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is $4.99/mo, billed each month. Annual is $29.99/year — a 50% discount versus paying monthly ($59.88/yr). Both include the same features and the same 7-day free trial.
Do you offer refunds?
The 7-day trial is designed so you can fully evaluate Premium before any money changes hands. If you forget to cancel and renew unintentionally, email info@snoflo.org within 7 days of the charge and we'll work it out.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Card details go directly to Stripe (never touch our servers) and are protected by Stripe's PCI-Level-1 infrastructure. We store only a Stripe customer ID and the last 4 digits of your card for our records.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your favorites and alert configurations stay with your account — downgrading to free just removes Premium-only features. If you delete your account entirely, all data is removed within 30 days.
Are there team or family plans?
Not yet, but they're on the roadmap. Email info@snoflo.org if you'd like multi-seat pricing for a guide service, water district, or research group.
