First House computes every position with validated astronomical algorithms, reads it in the classical Vedic tradition, and explains every line in plain English next to the real Sanskrit term. No servers are involved because none are needed — the sky is mathematics, and mathematics runs fine on your phone.

- Acceptance. By purchasing, downloading, or using First House, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
- Informational use only. First House presents classical Vedic astrology for reflection, cultural interest, and self-knowledge. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or safety advice, and its readings are not predictions of future events.
- No professional relationship. Use of the app creates no advisor, counselor, or practitioner relationship of any kind.
- Your decisions are yours. Do not rely on the app for consequential decisions — including relationship decisions. Compatibility scores reflect a classical scoring tradition, not a verdict on any relationship. Consult qualified professionals for health, financial, and legal matters.
- Accuracy of computation, not of interpretation. We validate astronomical positions against professional-grade references, and festival dates against standard Indian almanac practice. Interpretive content reflects classical tradition, which is not a scientific claim about outcomes. Observance dates may vary locally by a day.
- Purchases & refunds. First House is a one-time purchase made through Apple's App Store. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; Snoflo does not process payments or hold your payment information.
- Your content. Birth details you enter remain on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to enter another person's details.
- License. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms.
- Intellectual property. The app, its readings, design, and computations are the property of Snoflo. Share cards generated by the app may be shared freely.
- No warranty. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snoflo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
- Changes. We may update the app and these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.

Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026 · The short version: we can't see your data, because we never receive it.
- No accounts. First House has no sign-up, no login, and no user identifiers. We do not know who you are.
- On-device data. Names, relations, birth dates, times, and places you enter — for yourself or anyone in your circle — are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are never transmitted to Snoflo or anyone else.
- On-device computation. All charts, readings, compatibility scores, festival dates, and transit calculations are computed locally. The app functions fully offline.
- The one network call. When you type a birth city, the app asks Apple's geocoding service to resolve it to coordinates and a timezone. That request goes to Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we receive nothing.
- Purchase data. Your purchase is processed entirely by Apple. Snoflo receives no payment details and no purchaser identity.
- No analytics, no tracking, no ads. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party trackers of any kind.
- Share cards. Images you generate are shared only through the iOS share sheet, to destinations you choose.
- Children. The app is intended for adults. You may keep charts for people in your circle of any age; that data stays on your device like everything else.
- Deletion. Deleting the app deletes all app data. There is nothing to request from us, because we hold nothing.
- Changes. If a future feature ever requires collecting data (for example, optional sync), this policy will be updated first and the feature will be opt-in.
