Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Waves of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue to move onshore into the Atlantic Coastal areas of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia through Wednesday morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected with locally higher amounts possible.
