Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rainfall will be possible through the morning hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts of up to 5 inches possible.
