Seasonally, the Lee Creek experiences high flows in the spring and low flows in the late summer and fall. Interestingly, the Lee Creek is known for being one of the most diverse aquatic ecosystems in Oklahoma and is home to numerous species of fish, including the Ozark blind cavefish, which is only found in a handful of locations.
