Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 317 AM MDT, River gages indicate high flow through McElmo Canyon and water levels continue to rise. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - This includes but is not limited to the following streams anddrainages... Florida River, Spring Creek, Ute Creek, Salt Creek and Dry Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
