Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Water levels for the Kenai and Anchor Rivers remain elevated from the previous rain event and will likely rise again during this next rain event. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain is expected to develop south to north across the western Kenai Peninsula by late Tuesday morning and continue through early Wednesday morning before tapering off. 0.75" to 1.25" of rain is likely (70-80%) with this system with a low chance (20%) for amounts greater than 1.25" around Anchor Point and the Homer Bluffs.
