Cobey Pond, located in Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania, is a state-regulated recreational water resource managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Constructed in 1962, this earth dam is primarily used for recreational purposes, with a maximum storage capacity of 160 acre-feet and a normal storage of 74 acre-feet. The dam stands at a height of 16 feet and stretches 435 feet in length, creating an 18-acre surface area for activities such as fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing.

Despite being categorized with a low hazard potential and fair condition assessment, Cobey Pond undergoes inspections every 5 years to ensure its structural integrity and safety standards are up to par. The dam, situated on Spring Run and managed by the Philadelphia District of the US Army Corps of Engineers, provides a tranquil and scenic environment for visitors to enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
