SCS-Cow Creek Site-32, located in Stephens, Oklahoma, is a state-regulated earth dam built in 1988 by the USDA NRCS with a primary purpose of flood risk reduction along TR Dry Creek. Standing at a height of 22 feet with a length of 1130 feet, this dam has a storage capacity of 536 acre-feet and serves as a vital infrastructure in the area.
