Jones Creek Lake Dam, also known as No. 11 Green Lake Dam, is a private-owned structure located in Columbia, Georgia. Built in 1985 by Arthur Grimaud Construction, this earth dam serves primarily for irrigation purposes along the Jones Creek river. With a height of 19 feet and a storage capacity of 135 acre-feet, the dam spans 330 feet in length and covers a surface area of 10 acres.

Despite being unregulated by the state, Jones Creek Lake Dam has a low hazard potential and is considered to be in moderate risk according to a recent assessment. The dam features an uncontrolled spillway and outlet gates, with the last inspection conducted in November 2017. While the condition assessment is currently not rated, the dam is inspected every 5 years to ensure its structural integrity and safety.
