Located in Portage County, Wisconsin, the village of Rosholt is home to a gravity dam on Flume Creek, completed in 1885 for recreational purposes. The dam stands at 14 feet high with a hydraulic height of 8 feet, creating a storage capacity of 106 acre-feet and a normal storage of 37 acre-feet. With a surface area of 18 acres and a drainage area of 12 square miles, the dam has a low hazard potential and is classified as satisfactory in condition.

Although the dam has a controlled spillway width of 87 feet, it poses a moderate risk due to its age and the need for periodic modifications.
