The Ichinose-Yamanokami Ski Resort is located in the northern part of Japan's Nagano Prefecture, in the Joshinetsu Kogen National Park.

The ski resort is part of the larger Shiga Kogen Ski Area, one of Japan's largest ski resorts. The resort is surrounded by several mountain ranges, including the Yatsugatake Mountains to the west, the Hida Mountains to the east, and the Kiso Mountains to the south.

Some of the prominent mountain aspects of the Ichinose-Yamanokami Ski Resort include Mount Yokote, Mount Higashidate, and Mount Yokote. These mountains offer a variety of terrain for skiers and snowboarders, including groomed runs, off-piste areas, and backcountry terrain. The resort also offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests.

Ichinose Yamanokami ski resort is located in Hakuba, Japan, and offers a variety of trails for skiers of all levels. The best trails are the Riesen and the Panorama courses, which are perfect for intermediate skiers. An interesting fact about the resort is that it was once a training ground for the Japanese Olympic ski team. For beginners, it is recommended to take the Gondola Lift to the top and try the beginner slopes, which offer gentle slopes and stunning views. The best apres ski bar is the Rabbit Hole, which offers a cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks and snacks.
