Omineca Ski Trails is a charming cross-country ski resort in British Columbia with 45 km of well-groomed trails through scenic woodlands and fields. The best trails for experienced skiers are the Challenge and Black trails; beginners can enjoy the gentle, wide-open spaces of the Haywire and Campground Loop. Few people know that the resort is named after the Omineca gold rush of the late 19th century, which attracted thousands of prospectors to the area.
