About the Area
Chateraise Ski Resort is located in the Yatsugatake Mountains in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The resort offers stunning views of Mount Yatsugatake, a volcanic mountain range known for its rugged peaks and beautiful scenery. The ski slopes at Chateraise also overlook the Chikuma River Valley and the surrounding forested hillsides, providing a picturesque backdrop for visitors enjoying the winter sports activities.
The resort's best trails include the wide and gentle beginner runs, as well as the challenging intermediate and advanced slopes.
