Wingo Boat Ramp

Wingo Boat Ramp is a concrete boat launch located in the Rifle Gap State Park in Garfield County, Colorado. The ramp is 24 feet wide and has two launch lanes. It provides access to the Rifle Gap Reservoir, a 350-acre body of water that is popular for fishing, boating, and swimming.

The reservoir has a maximum depth of 70 feet and allows motorized watercraft, including power boats, jet skis, and pontoon boats. However, there are restrictions on the use of jet skis and wake boats in certain areas to protect the natural environment and other recreational activities.

The latest information available, as of September 2021, indicates that the Wingo Boat Ramp is open year-round, but the water level and ramp conditions may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. Visitors are advised to check the Rifle Gap State Park website or contact the park office for current information on fees, hours, and regulations before visiting. Get driving directions.
