The combination of high winds, very low relative humidity values and dry fuels will create extreme fire weather conditions across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. * AFFECTED AREA...IN Oklahoma, Pushmataha, Choctaw, Osage, Washington, Nowata, Craig, Ottawa, Pawnee, Tulsa, Rogers, Mayes, Delaware, Creek, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Wagoner, Cherokee, Adair, Muskogee, McIntosh, Sequoyah, Pittsburg, Haskell, Latimer, and Le Flore counties. * WIND...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 45 mph becoming west-northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts around 40 mph.
