The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute, especially near and south of Interstate 80. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wintry precipitation is expected to begin near and south of Interstate 80 early to mid Friday afternoon and spread north through the evening hours. Wintry precipitation will transition to rain from south to north from around midnight to 6 AM Saturday morning across most of the area, though the mix may continue for portions of northeast Nebraska. Precipitation chances diminish Saturday afternoon.
