The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening and nightime commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates generally one half inch per hour or less today, but could reach 1 inch per hour at times between 5 pm PDT this evening and midnight tonight.
